Shipping

We offer free shipping for total purchases over $50 US. We're sorry that we're unable to offer international shipping at this time - but it's a goal, so keep checking back!

We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days (we are human though, so very occasionally delays happen). Once a package is out of our hands, we have no control over delivery times or carrier delays.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, the only items for which we can accept returns are our accessory items; personal care items such as soaps, bath products or moisturizers are ineligible for returns. If you have purchased accessory items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Accessory Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
